1. Full $1,691.46 (NZD), prorated to $880.49 (NZD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Active members will be practising Anaesthetists in New Zealand. Membership will include subscription to the AIC Journal. You may be eligible to claim these fees back from your employer and if you work in Private Practice, these are tax deductible.

2. Trainee Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Trainee members will be practising Anaesthetists in New Zealand who are working towards a postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesia.

3. Trainee (with Journal access) $150.00 (NZD), prorated to $87.50 (NZD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Trainee members will be practising Anaesthetists in New Zealand who are working towards a postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesia.

4. Associate $197.09 (NZD), prorated to $102.59 (NZD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate Members will be persons other than Anaesthetists practising in New Zealand, who would normally be Ordinary Members. They can also be anaesthetists in fellowships overseas. Associate members will receive Society membership correspondence, including Society publications such as the magazine, & will be able to attend Scientific meetings. They will not be eligible to vote or hold Executive office or form part of the quorum at meetings of members.

5. Associate (with Journal access) $347.09 (NZD), prorated to $180.68 (NZD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate Members will be persons other than Anaesthetists practising in New Zealand, who would normally be Ordinary Members. They can also be anaesthetists in fellowships overseas. Associate members will receive Society membership correspondence, including Society publications such as the magazine, & will be able to attend Scientific meetings. They will not be eligible to vote or hold Executive office or form part of the quorum at meetings of members.

6. Pasifika Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments The NZSA offers free membership to Pacific anaesthetists working in the Pacific. Pacific members will receive Society membership correspondence, including Society publications such as the magazine, and will be able to attend Scientific meetings. They will not be eligible to vote or hold Executive office or form part of the quorum at meetings of members.

SPMP (not practising anaesthetics) $347.09 (NZD), prorated to $202.47 (NZD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For Specialist Pain Management Physicians who are NOT practising anaesthetics

SPMP (practising anaesthetics) $1,691.46 (NZD), prorated to $986.69 (NZD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For Specialist Pain Management Physicians who ARE also practising anaesthetics
